Ballard, Anne

Anne Ballard is president of marketing, training and developmental services for Universal Storage Group, a management company that operates 70-plus self-storage facilities in 14 states and overseas. She handles facility planning, feasibility studies, and operational consulting and training around the world. Anne has served on the board of directors for the Self Storage Association and is a two-term past-president of the Georgia Self Storage Association. She’s a frequent speaker at domestic and international industry conventions.
